This development aims to provide more social housing in an area of high need, allowing Merton residents the chance to be rehoused in a new, affordable, modern home.

Rehousing Eastfields residents

42 Station Road, Colliers Wood will offer 98 socially rented properties in two brand new buildings with great public transport links. These building have been specifically designed to allow for the early rehousing of Eastfields residents who might otherwise have had a considerable wait for their new homes. The site offers the opportunity to move much sooner, but the choice is entirely theirs - anyone who wishes to stay on Eastfields and wait for their new home there is free to do so.

Great location

The new buildings will offer high quality new homes with balconies in an attractive location. Station Road is close to excellent schools, retail and green space. Work gets underway in march 2024 and the first new homes will be ready two years later.
